(1) In order to improve the behavior of the prisoners serving the prison sentence, the prison should conduct corrective programs and measures including skill, education and employment, moral, disciplinary, physical, spiritual, yoga and exercise education.
(2) The prison shall submit a report to the Probation and Parole Board every six months regarding whether there has been substantial improvement in the behavior of the inmates through the programs and measures conducted in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) Other arrangements related to correctional programs shall be as prescribed.
