Rule 17
Hearing will not be stopped If the court issues a notice to a party to appear in the hearing of the application or complaint registered in accordance with the
Act or this regulation, if that party or his legal representative or his legal practitioner is not present, the hearing of the case will not be stopped for that reason alone.
