Rule 67
Non-protection
: Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 66, the following savings and loan amounts shall not be protected by the Savings and Loan Protection Fund:-
(a) Savings taken by the organization from non-members and loans given to non-members,
(B) _ Savings taken from members and loans given to such members without identifying and verifying the member in accordance with the instructions issued under the prevailing law on prevention of money laundering,
(c) Savings collected or loans provided contrary to the provisions of the Act, these rules, regulations and internal procedures of the organization.
