(1) In the following cases, the active and ex-servicemen or their families may be deprived of the facilities and concessions provided under the welfare program in whole or in part:-
(a) If it is proved that he has done an act of harming the Nepali Army,
(b) If proven to have acted contrary to the Constitution and this Act,
(c) If it is proved that the facilities and concessions received according to this paragraph have been misused,
(d) If convicted of an offense against the State.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), active and ex-servicemen or members of their families who have performed the work mentioned in sub-section (1) shall be deprived of the facilities and concessions provided by the program conducted under the welfare work.
