(1) The fund will pay the benefits specified in the relevant security plan to the contributors who participate in the social security plan.
(2) If any contributor who participated in the security scheme dies before receiving the facility as per sub-section (1) or if it is not certain that he is still alive for the period specified in the prevailing law, the facility he will get will be given to the person whom he willed, and if he will not, to his dependent family. Facility must be paid.
(3) When paying the benefits according to sub-section (1) or (2), it shall be done in such a way that the contributor or his dependent family receives the payment through the fund or through the organization or body that collected the contribution or through the organization from which he received the service facility or through other suitable means as determined by the committee.
