(1) As soon as the name, address and other related details of any person, group or organization are published on the Ministry's website in accordance with the Act or this regulation, the indexing organization or other related bodies shall disclose their dealings with such person, group or organization or any person, group or organization associated with it. An update system should be established to regularly check whether it is in the database.
(2) When the indexing organization or other relevant body searches the database according to sub-rule (1), if any listed person, group or organization or any other person, group or organization associated with it has any assets or funds in their possession, Section 29 of the Act. It should be stopped immediately.
(3) The indicator organization or other relevant bodies may also take the relevant international best practices as a basis for the effective implementation of their operations in accordance with the Act and this regulation.
