Section 29C
Notice to be given
(1) The customs officer shall refer to Section 29B. In accordance with the following, the information of the details of the suspect currency or the holder of the exchangeable certificate shall be given immediately to the financial information unit and the related agency or officer who investigates the offense. Details regarding currency and bearer exchangeable warrants announced as per the above shall be sent to the financial information unit every month.
