(1) The notice according to sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Act should be published in local newspapers, Gorkhapatra and related contract settlements, offices, departments, district administration. It should be posted in offices, goods depots, customs depots and other important places. Such information should also be publicized and disseminated as much as possible through Radio Nepal. The person who wants to take the contract should also mention the condition under which the contract will be taken in installments, whether in installments or in terms of revenue, if he does not mention that, he will be deemed to have agreed to take the contract in installments.

(3) Notice according to sub-rule (1). When publishing and pasting, the duration of the contract and the date of commencement and end of the contract should be mentioned.
