(1) There will be an information technology committee as follows for the formulation and development of plans related to information technology in the court: (a) District judge or the judge appointed by him - chairman (b) Khrestedar - member (c) head of information technology branch - member - secretary 49 (2) In the meeting of the committee according to sub-rule (1), representatives of other related bodies may be invited as per the requirement.
(3) The duties and powers of the committee under sub-rule (1) shall be as follows:-
(a) To formulate and monitor information technology related plans for the court under the policy rules and guidelines of the Supreme Court Information Technology Committee. (b) Bringing the software in operation in the court into operation and developing the capacity of human resources. (c) To do other work necessary for the development of information technology in the court.
