Rule 108
Use of information technology and its legal recognition

(1) Taking deadlines from the court and other agencies, sending progress reports, filing correspondence, responding to pleadings, filing appeals, writ petitions, filing written replies, filing petitions, etc. can be done.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), a copy of the deadline notices and correspondences sent through information technology shall be attached.
(3) The court may, as necessary, conduct the examination of witnesses and the testimony of experts through audio-visual communication (video conferencing). Such communication will be recorded and kept.
(4) According to this rule, the work carried out using information technology shall be considered to be in accordance with the law.
