Bringing information technology into practice

25. Putting information technology into practice

(1) According to sub-section (2) of section 37 of the Act, the subject and process of putting information technology into practice by every ministry, department and government agency and office shall be as follows:-

(A) Keeping the information and facts related to him systematically in the computer as much as possible, (B) Creating a webpage of his office as much as possible and posting the citizen's charter, operating procedures, forms and publications related to the office and the office on that webpage. (c) Keeping relevant information, (c) Acknowledging the form placed on the website of his office in relation to service delivery, (d) Promoting and interacting to increase public awareness regarding information technology,

(e) Doing human resource development activities for the use of information technology,

(f) Using information technology to make policy making, service delivery, security management and supervision activities faster and more efficient,

p>(G) To improve service delivery and manage complaints by taking support through information technology in terms of services provided,

(H) Government reform unit to explore multilateral areas of information technology use.

(2) The Government of Nepal may reward any department, government agency, office or employee based on bringing efficiency and frugality to performance by implementing information technology.
