(1) The board may request any information, data or details related to the business from the organization that has received the license or the person related to the business.
(2) According to section 32, any information, data or details deemed necessary in connection with inspection and supervision may be requested by the board or the person authorized by the board from the organization or person that has obtained the relevant permit.
(3) According to subsection (1) or (2), it shall be the duty of the organization or person who has obtained the relevant permit to provide the requested information, data or details.
