Section 10
Duration of Notice and Effect of Termination
(1) Notices registered under this Act shall remain valid for a period of five years from the date of registration. If the details of continuation are not registered before the expiry of the period of such registered notice, such notice shall not be valid after the expiry of the period of five years. (2) Unless the mortgage right has matured without registration, the notice shall be invalid after the expiry of the period of validity of the notice and the mortgage right matured by said notice shall be unmature. (3) If any mortgage right is unmatured due to the expiration of the notice period, the mortgage right shall not be deemed to have matured against the person who acquired the mortgaged property before or after the expiration of such notice.
