Section 14
Termination of Notice
(1) The effectivity of the notice can be ended by registering the details of the termination by registering the following things:- (a) the initial notice is identified by the registration number, (b) the mortgagee mentioned in the notice authorizing the termination is identified, (c) the mortgagee authorized to register (2) If the mortgagee makes a written request to the mortgagee if the following conditions are met, the mortgagee shall register the details of termination within twenty days of receiving such demand: (a) Any secured liability (b) the mortgagor has not authorized the registration of the initial notice, or (c) the payment of an amount in respect of a book sale or secured sale agreement covered by the notice; The person who has the obligation or the other person who has to fulfill such obligation has fulfilled such obligation. (3) If the details of termination are registered according to the authority of the mortgagee mentioned in the notice, the rights of such mortgagee shall be terminated. If the details of the termination are registered, the notice related to the details of the termination will not be effective in the case of the mortgagee giving such authority.
