Section 11
Name of mortgagee mentioned in notice

(1) In the preliminary notice or notice of amendment registered in accordance with this Act, the person whose name is mentioned as the mortgagee or his representative shall be called the mortgagee mentioned in that notice. Such a person will continue to be the mortgagee.
