(1) If anyone wants to export and import notified seeds according to this regulation, he has to submit an application to the center in the format as per schedule-6, paying a fee of five hundred rupees.
(2) In the application received according to sub-rule (1), the center will examine whether the notified seed is suitable for export or import, and if found suitable, it will grant permission in the format as per schedule-7.
(3) Details as per schedule-8 should be provided to the committee while exporting or importing notified seeds.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, in the event of a natural disaster in Nepal, or if the imported seeds are found to have an adverse effect on the health of humans, animals, birds and plants, or on religious, cultural and environmental issues, the approval of the committee shall be obtained before such seeds are imported. .
