to include name in list (1) Any person, agency or organization in the course of their work, the name of any person, group or organization, paragraph of the Act - 6B. If you receive any information or mental basis that should be included in the list, you should confidentially give the information to the Ministry as soon as possible.
(2) The name of any person, group or organization based on the information received by the Ministry in accordance with sub-rule (1) or its own sources or any other information. If there is a reason to be included in the list, it should be submitted to the Government of Nepal and the Council of Ministers for a decision along with the reason.
(3) Any person, group or organization mentioned in the proposal submitted in accordance with sub-rule (2) of the Act, paragraph-6b. If the decision to withhold property or funds is made by the Government of Nepal, the Council of Ministers, the ministry shall make the decision as follows:-
(a) In case of a decision to be included in the list under the United Nations, to send in writing to the relevant body of the United Nations through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
(b) In case of a decision to request a foreign country to be listed in the related list, send it in writing to the relevant country through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
(c) To publish the decision to list Nepal in its list on the website.
