Section 17
If the report of military related arms is not submitted, it will be confiscated
If someone has taken the rifle, pistol, revolver and other similar arms of a government official (military related) with a license, he must submit the proof and the company's bill to the designated authority within the specified period. If the arms are not submitted within the specified period except for reasonable reasons, the Nepal government can confiscate such arms without compensation.
