(1) When the project office provides the service, it will determine the priority order of water distribution in consultation with the district agricultural development office and related consumer organizations.
(2) While determining the order of priority according to sub-rule (1), the following points shall be considered as basis:-
(a) Geographical position of the area concerned,
(b) Area of ​​land,
(c) the quantity of water available at the source,
(d) Type of crops grown on the land,
(e) Nature of the soil of the land,
(f) Capacity of the structure and other technical matters.
