(1) The service, group or subgroup of a military person may change.
(2) When changing service in accordance with sub-rule (1), the qualification as mentioned in the military regulations related to the service, group or sub-group for which the change of service is sought must have been reached and the competence and experience of such military person must be essential to the service, group or sub-group for which the change of service is sought.< br> (3) The change of service as per this rule will be done only in the rank of sub sergeant or below and it will happen only once during the service period.
(4) In case of change of service according to this rule, with the approval of the Ministry, the Vacancy Committee will take the examination and it will be according to the recommendation of the Committee. Explanation: The service, group or sub-group mentioned in sub-rule (1) means the service, group or sub-group established under other regulations other than these regulations made under the Military Act, 2063.
