: The work and duty of the service provider will be as follows:-
(a) To treat the insured with courtesy, (b) To provide the insured with a quality package of facilities as per the contract and to ensure that the said package is continuously available,
(c) making proper arrangements for registration and enquiry,
(d) To submit a report to the Board keeping records in a certain procedure and format prescribed by the Board,
(e) Managing the medicine distribution room in the health institution's own premises and providing medicine,
(f) Hearing complaints of service users and managing them.
