Rule 10
Provisions related to service or group operation
(1) The operation and administration of service and general administration group shall be done by the Ministry of General Administration.
(2) Subject to the policy direction of the Ministry of General Administration, the administration of the following groups shall be carried out by the following bodies –
(a) Accounts Group – Office of the Comptroller General
(b) Of the Revenue Group – Ministry of Finance ……………….
(D) Diplomatic Group - Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
