17A.1 The Government of Nepal or the Provincial Government may charge a prescribed service fee by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette for any service provided under this Act.

17A.2 Any A person or organization may charge a service fee as approved by the committee when providing any service in accordance with this Act.
