Section 43
Provisions relating to service charges or regulatory charges

(1) The service fee that can be charged by the organization that has received the license for providing the service will be as specified.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the organization that has received a license shall submit the prescribed amount of the total service fee received in one financial year as a regulatory fee to the board.
