Rule 3
Service Fee
The service fee charged by the Board to tourists and tourism professionals under Section 7 of the Act shall be as follows:
(a) The service fee of Wamojim service is determined by the committee for the services provided by the Board to tourists.
(b) The service fee will be two percent of the total amount paid by each tourist to the tourist business operator who operates the tourism business as determined by the committee.
(c) If the Board has provided any specific type of consultation or service to any tourist or tourism professional, the service fee of Wamojim shall be determined by the committee for providing such consultation or service.
