(1) The Government of Nepal, the Provincial Government and the local level shall make the necessary security arrangements upon the written request of the organization that has received the permit for the security of the project or service system or if it is necessary to protect such system.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if security arrangements are made at the request of the licensee, all expenses incurred for the same shall be borne by the licensee.
