Section 69
Decision to try a case in a military court or other court
(1) If there is a dispute as to which of the military courts or other courts should be tried in relation to the offenses under this Act, the case shall be tried in the other court.
(2) If a case is filed in another court according to sub-section (1), the accused shall be suspended from service and submitted to the court where the case is filed.
