Section 59
Offense relating to court martial
If any of the following acts are committed, it shall be considered as an offense relating to court martial:-
(a) If a person required to appear as a witness in a court-martial is absent without due excuse for issuing a formal summons or order,
(b) If he refuses to take the oath in court-martial,
(c) If he disobeys an order to produce or deliver any document in his custody to a military court,
(d) If he refuses to answer the questions asked according to the law as a witness,
(e) In case of insulting or contempt of the military court by obstructing or obstructing the proceedings of the military court by uttering threatening sentences,
(f) In case of neglecting the execution of judgments or orders passed by military courts.
