Section 67
Formation of Military Courts
(1) The following Military Courts shall be formed for the trial and disposal of cases related to offenses under paragraph-7:-
(a) General military court consisting of five officers including at least one charioteer, two generals or chief soldiers and two officers of military rank.
(b) A summary general military court consisting of at least three officers, including at least two officers of military rank (c) A District Military Court consisting of at least three officers from among those who have held the rank of Commissioner for at least two years, a Summary Military Court consisting of one person who is a commanding officer.
(2) As far as available in the military court as per clauses (a) and (b), at least one officer must have graduated in law.
(3) Two officers or two rank-and-file or one person of both ranks will be present in total to assist in the proceedings of the military court.
(4) The military court will not process and dispose of the case in such a way that the number is less than the number as per sub-section (1).
