Rule 52
A military person is always considered to be on duty
(1) A military person shall be considered to be on duty 24 hours a day and may be employed at any time.
(2) A military person cannot claim leave as a right.
(3) If a military person has to go on leave, he should go on leave with the approval of the leave granting authority.
(4) The authority granting leave may or may not grant leave depending on the work, and if necessary, a military person on leave may be called to work by canceling his approved leave.
