(1) There will be a military air service in accordance with military regulations.
(2) There will be the following groups in the military air service:-
(a) Pilot group,
(b) Air Maintenance Group,
(c) Other Air Groups.
(3) Under clause (c) of sub-rule (2), the following sub-groups shall exist:-
(a) Ground Handling Subgroup,
(b) Aviation Endowment and Acquisition Subgroup,
(c) Dispatcher Subgroup,
(d) Air Traffic Controller Subgroup.
