Rule 11
According to local law
(1) The procedure for renewal and cancellation of registration of children's clubs or organizations registered in accordance with this paragraph shall be in accordance with the relevant local law.
(2) Until a local law is made according to sub-section (1), the local level shall register, renew and cancel the children's club or organization by following the procedure in accordance with this paragraph.
