(1) If it is understood that a person is doing or is about to do something that should not be done according to this Act, the local village or municipality shall remind the concerned person not to do that act.
(2) Even after being reminded according to sub-section (1), if the concerned person does or is about to do something that should not be done, he should report to the district office to take legal action against that person.
