In this Act unless the subject or the context otherwise requires-
(a) "Social behavior" means marriage, bratabandha, chudakarma, pasni, navaran, birthday, chaithi, budho-pasni and pitru-karya.
(b) "Close relative" means the person with whom the social behavior is to be done, the relative within four generations on the father's side and the mother's side of the person, and the term should be used for thirteen days, the family of brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, grandchildren on the daughter's side, sons and daughters of fupu. , refers to elder mother's and younger mother's sons and daughters, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, cousins ​​and relatives. But in the case of paternal work, the one who performs paternal work should be considered as his relative as mentioned above.
