(1) The meeting of the local committee of directors shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the said committee. (2) The meeting of the local director committee shall be presided over by the chairman of the said committee. (3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the local directorate committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be considered to have been reached. 9 (4) The decision of the local director's committee shall be verified by the member-secretary. (5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the local director committee shall be as determined by the local director committee itself. (6) The implementation of the decision made by the local steering committee will be carried out by the concerned local level village executive or city executive.
