(1) For work related to the protection of employment rights of citizens, there will be a local directorate committee as follows at each local level:-- (a) Chairman of the concerned village executive or head of the city executive “Chairman (b) Vice-chairman of the concerned village executive or deputy head of the city executive (c) Village The chairman of the executive committee or the head of the municipal executive committee, the ward chairman, two judicial members (d) the chief administrative officer of the relevant rural municipality or municipality, the judicial member (e) the employment coordinator - member - the secretary (2) The secretariat of the local directorate committee will be in the respective village executive or city executive.
