: (1) If someone takes a person to a health institution for treatment due to an accident or any other reason, such health institution shall immediately provide treatment services to such person as far as it is available and if such person cannot be identified, the information shall be immediately reported to the concerned local authority. It should be given to the administration.
(2) According to sub-section (1), when the health institution gives the information, it must also give the treated person and other information related to him as far as available.
(3) After receiving the information according to sub-sections (1) and (2), the local administration shall search for the family, guardian or custodian of the concerned person and inform them.
