(1) Physicians who wish to engage in the business of modern medicine permanently within Nepal must submit an application along with the fee specified in Schedule-9 for permanent registration.
(2) The registration made by the Nepal Council Preparatory Committee formed before the formation of the Medical Council shall be considered as a permanent registration made in accordance with this rule unless otherwise cancelled.
