(1) A person who is not satisfied with the order given by Srestedar or Tehsildar in accordance with this regulation or prevailing law may file a complaint before the concerned bench within fifteen days.
(2) Complaints under sub-rule (1) should be disposed of within fifteen days. If an employee of the court does not do the work he is supposed to do, or if he is delayed or if he hesitates, the person who is offended can also make a verbal complaint to the judge who is the head of the court. 4 In the course of investigating the complaint according to this rule, if it appears that the concerned employee has acted intentionally and maliciously, the judge acting as the head may order the initiation of departmental punishment action against such employee in accordance with the prevailing law related to service. is
