Rule 20
Duties, Duties and Rights of Srestedar
In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned in this regulation, other duties, duties and rights of Srestedar shall be as follows:-
(a) To check or cause to be checked whether the complaint is in accordance with the procedure for appeals, advocacy and to register or file and return the case according to the order of the officer to hear the case,
(b) To verify the copy of the documents presented in the case with the original copy if it is found to be correct, if there is any quality in the original copy, to state the same quality in the copy and keep the relevant party's signature,
(c) Complaints and appeals and documents submitted along with them and checking whether copies of said documents are correct or not,
(d) To cause the defendants and opposing witnesses to sign and serve all terms of service,
(e) To fix the date of mental remission in the case,
(f) To keep a diary of the case and in which case the dates for the proceedings have been given in the Goshwara Tarikh book and indicate the dates on which the dates have been fixed,
(g) Keeping track of the case file and destroying the papers that need to be destroyed from time to time,
(h) To understand and compensate all the documents that came to the court and to do the accounting as required,
(i) Preparing administrative documents such as masks, annual reports, budgets, etc. (j) Apart from the employees assigned for a specific job, allocating the work to the other employees of the court in such a way as to meet the workload ratio with the permission of the officer handling the case,
(k) When the employees are transferred and promoted, the relevant employees will be informed,
(l) To take charge of the goods and seals used in the court and make them be used in such a way that they cannot be misused as necessary,
(d) To keep or cause to be kept in good order any thing which should be properly kept,
(l) To take the leave report of the court staff and all other staff administration related actions and submit them to the authorities to see the case, take action according to the order and keep a record of the same,
(n) Court Budget NoConducting, spending according to the order or release, keeping the account and conducting the audit,
(p) Inspect whether the employee who collects the deadline has done the work of meeting the deadline properly or not, and if not, get it done.
(h) To send the Missile documents sent by the Appellate Court to other Courts, (d) To send quarterly and annual reports to the relevant appellate court and the Ministry of Labour, including the number of cases filed, (d) Placing cases before the bench in the weekly and daily list (n) to do all accounting work to be done on behalf of the Court,
(c) To give ribbons to the concerned parties after the completion of the entire written work in which the missile is attached.
