Rule 31
Duties, duties and rights of Srestedar
In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, other duties, duties and rights of Srestedar shall be as follows:-
(a) To register the documents such as indictment, complaint or appeal, application, advocacy, etc. to be registered in the tribunal or appeal tribunal, if it has been examined, or if it cannot be registered, to give the reason to the bench,
(b) To verify the documents presented in the case along with the document if it is found to be correct and if any quality is found in the document, to state the quality and keep it stamped by the concerned party,
(c) To examine the documents submitted with the indictment or the appeal or the petition and the reply thereto,
(d) Issuance of due date and payment thereof,
(e) to fix a date for showing the cause of mental illness in the case,
(f) Maintain a case diary and keep up-to-date details of the proceedings in such a way that the date given for the proceedings of each case is disclosed in it,
(g) To take inheritance and settle the case according to the prevailing law,
(h) To execute the work according to the order of the court, (i) To take bail or bail according to the order of the court,
(j) To keep the missile documents of the case in a safe manner, to maintain them and to wash the documents that need to be washed according to the prevailing law,
(k) Allocating work among employees on the basis of workload,
(l) To prepare the report, maskewari, fantwari, etc. to be prepared by the tribunal or the appellate tribunal and submit it to the chairman of the tribunal or the appellate tribunal,
(d) Keeping records of personal details of employees,
(d) Making confusion when the employee is transferred and promoted,
(n) To do other work related to personnel administration,
(p) To carry out other necessary administrative work to be done by the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal.
