Any person subject to law as owner of any property shall have the following rights:-
(a) To enjoy property,
(b) to sell the property or otherwise transfer the right to any person,
(c) to mortgage or mortgage any property,
(d) to deal in any property,
(e) to benefit in any way from the property,
(f) To build any kind of physical structure on his land, to enclose it with a wall or fence or to demarcate a boundary or to change the form of any property or to protect the property in any way,
(g) to use his land or subsoil or any thing on it or the sky above the ground,
(h) to destroy or destroy the property in any way,
(i) To take legal action in any way in relation to acquiring or securing property.
