Rule 37
Not requiring health classification
(1) Notwithstanding anything written in Clause (j) of Sub-rule (1) of Rule 36, health classification shall not be required for the promotion of a military person who has been injured in the line of duty and is able to perform military service within the office after treatment.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this regulation, if a military person who has suffered a physical injury during military training or performance of his duties is examined for health, except for the injured part, if he remains physically healthy and able to complete the required military training and the medical board classifies his health If it is proved to be MEDDICISOS (G one or G two), it will not be considered as a hindrance to the promotion appointment of such a military person.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, it shall not be considered as a hindrance to recommend for promotion if the promotion committee can perform administrative work for a military person who is physically disabled and unable to train while performing his duties.
