Rule 45A
Health Organization Listing
For the purposes of (1), the Ministry shall publish a public notice in the daily newspaper of the national level within ten days to list the health institution. (2) After the publication of the notice according to sub-rule (1), the interested health institution shall attach the following documents to the notice within the specified period for listing. An application should be made to the Ministry:-(a) certified copy of the organization's registration certificate, (b) certified copy of the health institution operation approval letter obtained from the Ministry of Health, (c) copy of the tax payment certificate and permanent account number certificate, (d) details specified by the Ministry. (3) If a document containing an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (2), the ministry shall scrutinize the application and send it to the expert committee to make a recommendation. (4) If, upon examining the documents with the application received in accordance with sub-rule (3), the expert committee shall make a recommendation to the ministry for listing the name of such health institution. (5) Sub-rule (4) If the recommendation received from BMOJI expert committee is found to be suitable, the Ministry shall list the name of such health institution and make it public. Twenty-five thousand rupees shall be deposited in the account as registration fee. (7) The health institutions which have been registered in the Ministry at the time of commencement of this sub-rule shall deposit the amount for the insufficient bond as per sub-rule (6) within three months of the commencement of this sub-rule.
