(1) The hierarchical structure of health service centers, hospitals, teaching hospitals, laboratories and other health institutions shall be as per Schedule-7.
(2) The physical capacity and facilities, manpower, laboratory, blood circulation and other standards of health institutions as per Schedule-7 shall be as prescribed by the Ministry by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
