: (1) Every health institution shall provide health services only through qualified service providers.
(2) Every health institution shall adopt necessary protective measures to avoid and prevent the spread of any disease.
(3) Every health institution shall arrange for the following information related to the health services it provides:-
(a) Health services available, nature thereof, estimated time required and cost,
(b) Schedule of operations and time schedule of physician or health worker,
(c) Procedures for Establishing Access to Health Services,
(d) Grievance handling procedure.
