(1) After the ownership of the land acquired under this Act has been transferred to the Government of Nepal or an organization, without obtaining the written approval of the Government of Nepal or an organization, any person shall build any kind of house, tower, wall, etc. or Such land should not be inhabited.
(2) If anyone builds a house, roof, wall, etc. or settles land in violation of sub-section (1), the Nepalese government or organization may confiscate the house, roof, wall, etc. or the crops sown without giving any compensation.
