Rule 31
Investigation shall not be conducted without approval
Any foreign organization or any person or organization associated with them without prior approval of the concerned body Nepal ……. It is not allowed to collect samples of any organisms, bacteria and plants and to carry out any work related to the research of biological diversity in any place inside.
