(1) In case of selling or handing over to another person, except in cases where it is prohibited according to the prevailing law, the name, surname, address and citizenship number of the person who purchased or received it must be mentioned. (2) A person who acts contrary to subsection (1) shall be imprisoned for two years and fined up to twenty thousand rupees.
