Rule 104
Provisions relating to voluntary legal aid

(1) Courts may make necessary arrangements to provide voluntary legal aid (pro bono service) to helpless disabled minors who are economically disadvantaged or incarcerated.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the list of legal practitioners who provide voluntary legal assistance shall be prepared and kept by the court.
(3) The court shall keep a record of the act of granting voluntary legal aid under sub-rule (1).
(4) If he accepts a request made by the court to a legal practitioner to represent a party in a case, such legal practitioner's advocacy shall not be necessary.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), the Srestedar shall provide missile study facilities to the legal practitioners.
